New Balance “No Bad Days”

America's boutique Bodega put forth one of the year’s biggest surprise hits when they dropped their collaborative New Balance 997S “No Days Off” trainer back in April, which you can see in my other New Balance project on this site. They decided to revisit the shoe once again, as they’ve readied a “No Bad Days” trainer collection mark 2. Crafted for everyday wear and conceptualized around the power of a positive mindset, this modernized version of the New Balance 997S features a bold color scheme across a range of different materials. I was so pleased to be asked again to provide design elements as part of this collection, across t-shirts, insoles, stickers and animated gifs. To be an integral part of a now ongoing project is really satisfying as a designer, as having the chance to progress the character and see him as a recognised part of a product is a dream project.
